About Excalibur

1994. Christine Raymond could not find a good place to get her hair dressing scissors sharpened so with the help of her husband Rob Raymond they decided to open up their own scissor sharpening business.  As time went on they decided to focus on the pet sharpening side because it was more specailized and had less competitors.

1995. The business expanded from just sharpening scissors and blades to wholesaling all kinds of grooming supplies and shampoos.

Feb 2020.  Christine & Rob Raymond sold the business to MrPets.  The business was relocated from Surrey, BC to Mission, BC and 10 drop off/ pickup locations were introduced throughout the lowermainland for sharpening.

Oct 2020.  Excalibur Sharpening aquired Hudson Sales Agency in Delta, BC another sharpening & grooming wholesale supply store and relocated this business to its existing premises at Mission, BC.  With the aquistion of Hudson Sales more wholesale lines were introduced to Excalibur Sharpening & Supply such as Oster, Double K, Laube, Bio-Groom, Paw Brothers.  Trade secrets are also acquired which helped to improve the quality of sharpenings.

Nov 2020 and beyond.  Excalibur Sharpening continues to expand its line of products and continues to provide quality sharpening.
