Sharpening Information

Your order should be well padded in a box. We do not recommend using an envelope, sorting machines for some carriers can cause clipper blades to find their way out of an envelope or even break teeth. Clipper blades should be individually wrapped, and scissors are best shipped in a scissor case. Include a note with your shipping information, phone number and email address, as well as any special instructions. When your order is completed, we will call you with a final invoice. You can then send us an e-transfer, or we can take payment over the phone. A physical copy of your invoice will be put in with your order. We can also email a copy if you wish.

Orders will be ready within 3-5 business days. Please note, the turn around time does change depending on how many orders we receive, and how large your order is. If your order exceeds 15 items, it may take longer to complete.  We will contact you when your order is available for pickup or ready to ship out.
